Puppy Boarding School: This for busy puppy parents who want to make sure that they’re little fur baby is getting all of the attention needed to reach all of the developmental windows necessary for a well-rounded adult dog. This service will require the puppy to stay with me for the entire booking, however, pet parents are welcome to come by and visit anytime during waking hours.

Not only will your puppy get the attention, enrichment, and true love that they crave, this will also include essential classical conditioning and basic training during the most crucial developmental windows in the three most important aspects of canine behavior in relation to living alongside humans.

Potty training, bite inhibition (ensuring the dog does not cause any real damage if or when they do bite as an adult), as well as learning to enjoy their own company when they are alone. Included along with these three crucial aspects of classic conditioning and training, this service also includes.crate training as well as some basic commands, such as sit, lay down, come, stand, stay and even “kiss” if you like (optional🐶). The amount of success will depend on the amount of time they spend with me. The price listed is for one week of care, enrichment, and training. I would recommend at least two weeks of training to see any significant success, and even then it’s going to depend on how old the dog is and how much, if any training they’ve had prior to the booking. The price includes all seven days of the week and can start on any day of the week ending on the same day of the next week. For each additional week, I will credit $100 towards the following week so you can spend that money on treats, new toys, games and other fun items or excursions for your new edition to the family. I highly recommend at least two weeks of boarding school, from 8 to 10 weeks old if possible, ideally (8 to 12 weeks old) or as soon as possible and staying for 2-4 weeks depending on the individual progress of the puppy. Puppies older than four months old, or who already getting their adult teeth are no longer eligible for this program. I can offer some other resources for older puppies and adult dogs upon request.

It is best to reserve your spot before the puppy is born, or as soon as you know that you will be acquiring one. It’s best for the pup to come directly to me from their mother if possible. It may take extra time to get the desired results if the puppy is already living in the house they will be residing in. However, it’s certainly not a dealbreaker, and we can work with 3 to 4months old puppies and puppies that have already been introduced to their residence too. No puppy left behind! But if you can bring them to me at eight weeks (or sooner if they have been orphaned or mother is rejecting them. Classical conditioning should literally start in the womb if possible, and Training can start as young as four weeks, but I do not want to separate a puppy from their mother before eight weeks, so Puppies younger than eight weeks will have to have already been orphan or rejected by their mother to be accepted. I currently have two adult dogs that I raised by hand from the day were born. I am the only mother they’ve known since the day of their birth, and they are perfectly happy and healthy dogs who are smart and learn quickly. People who say that bottle-fed/Human raised puppies can never be good or healthy dogs are simply wrong. Feeding orphaned puppies a proper diet of raw foods can compensate for the liss of their mother’s milk. My own two orphans are proof positive of that! I am not a breed specific caregiver, and I am more than happy to take strays and shelter dogs that have been adopted and seen by a vet for a check up to make sure they have no medical issues or injuries. Typical dog trainers may see these dogs as problematic, but I see them as angels in disguise giving us the opportunity to show them that we are capable of unconditional love too. I will discount my services by 50% for your first booking if you have rescued the puppy from a shelter or took them in off the street.
